ACS Group Training Philosophy

The ACS Group is committed to providing professional training courses to our customers that focus on the proper use, maintenance and troubleshooting of their equipment. We fully understand that maximum utilization of equipment is a very important key to profitability for our customers, and therefore have designed our courses with this in mind. Pricing

Pricing for each course is outlined within each course description. Pricing is provided for scheduled classes at our Flint, MI and South Attleboro, MA Technical Centers and alternatively at customer facilities.

Current Course Offerings

Cancellation policy

Cancellation charges for scheduled training are as follows:

  • For cancellations between one and two weeks of the scheduled training date, student will be charged 50% of per student rate.
  • For cancellations within one week of the scheduled training date, student will be charged 75% of per student rate.
  • For cancellations on or after the day that the scheduled training begins, or if the student is absent, student will be charged 100% of per student rate.

Other Policies

  • Training slots are filled on a first come, first served basis, and ACS reserves the right to change schedules at any time with notice provided to those who have already enrolled.
  • Training provided at customer facilities will also be scheduled on a first come, first served basis. It is recommended that the customer have an adequate classroom facility with video and projection capabilities.
  • All training requests should be accompanied by a valid purchase order covering pricing as outlined herein.
